2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently, we only ship within the Republic of Kenya. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer a transparent flat rate shipping of KES 300 for all orders across Kenya, regardless of the size or weight of the package.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Total delivery time is usually 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Transit Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Q: What is your order cut-off time?
A: Our daily cut-off time is 05:00 PM (Monday–Friday) (GMT+03:00) East Africa Time (Nairobi). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed on the next business day.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS within 24–48 hours.
3. Payments & Pricing
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and other major mobile money services operational in Kenya.
Q: Does the price include VAT?
A: Product prices listed on the website are exclusive of VAT. The standard Kenyan VAT will be calculated and added to your total at the checkout page.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. Our website uses 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure your payment data is protected. We do not store your M-Pesa PIN or full card details on our servers.
4. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Q: How do I request a refund?
A: To initiate a refund, email us at info@jrinteriors.co.ke within 14 days of receiving your item. Once approved and inspected, we process refunds within 7 business days (Monday–Friday).
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we pay for the return shipping. For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the KES 300 return fee.
Q: Can I return custom-made items?
A: No. Products that have been custom-cut or personalized to your specific measurements cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If it is damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: You can request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order. After the order is dispatched, we cannot change the destination.
