Order Cancellation Policy

At JASUBA RADIANT DESIGN LTD, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines exactly how, when, and under what conditions you can cancel your purchase on jrinteriors.co.ke.

1. Standard Cancellation (The 24-Hour Rule)

For all standard, non-customized products, we offer a 24-hour full cancellation window.

Full Refund: If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, you will receive a 100% refund, including the KES 300 shipping fee and 16% VAT.
Process: No questions asked. Simply contact us via email or phone within this timeframe.

2. Cancellations Before Dispatch (Pre-Shipping)

If more than 24 hours have passed but your order has not yet left our Nairobi warehouse, you can still request a cancellation.

Eligibility: As long as the status is "Processing" and not "Shipped/In-Transit."
Cost: No penalty or cancellation fee will be charged.

3. Cancellation Policy for Custom-Made Items

Since many of our interior products (like specific Zebra blinds or custom-cut marble sheets) are tailored to your unique measurements:

Immediate Action: Cancellation is only accepted within 12 hours of order placement.
Production Stage: Once the material has been cut or customized specifically for your order, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, as these items cannot be resold to other customers.

4. Cancellations After Dispatch (Orders in Transit)

Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner (G4S, Wells Fargo, or local riders) and a tracking number is issued:

Cannot be Canceled: The order is now in the logistics chain and cannot be stopped.
Next Step: You must accept the delivery and then initiate a return request under our Return & Refund Policy.
Deduction: In this scenario, the KES 300 shipping fee is non-refundable, as it has already been consumed by the courier service.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

To ensure your request is processed before the item ships, please follow these steps:

Phone: You may also call our support line at +254 712 439139 during business hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, (GMT+03:00) East Africa Time (Nairobi).

2.1. Other Ways to Cancel

If you prefer not to use our digital request process, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by using our formal Order Withdrawal Form.

How to use it:

Complete: Fill in your order details, including your order number and the date of purchase.

6. Refund Timeline & Method

Once a cancellation is confirmed by our team:

Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours from our end.
Arrival of Funds: Depending on your bank or M-Pesa, it may take up to 7 business days (Monday–Friday) to reflect in your account.
Payment Method: Refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method used (e.g., if you paid via M-Pesa, the refund will go to that M-Pesa number).

7. Right to Cancel by JASUBA RADIANT DESIGN LTD

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including:

Stock Discrepancy: If the product is found to be damaged or out of stock during the final quality check.
Pricing Error: If an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical glitch.
Security Alert: If the transaction is flagged as high-risk or fraudulent by our payment gateway.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and a 100% full refund will be issued.

8. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse to accept a package at the time of delivery without prior cancellation approval:

The item will return to our warehouse.
We will refund the product price, but we will deduct the KES 300 shipping fee plus any return shipping costs charged by the courier.
