At JASUBA RADIANT DESIGN LTD, your satisfaction with our interior design products is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines our transparent process for returns and refunds, fully compliant with Kenyan consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center standards.
1. Return Period
We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
2. Refund Period
Once a return is approved and the item is received back at our facility, the refund process will be completed within 7 business days (Monday–Friday).
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging (including boxes, bubble wrap, or protective films).
- Any tags, labels, or assembly instructions must be intact.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized interior products (e.g., custom-sized blinds).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Products that have been installed, glued, or mounted.
5. Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt, digital invoice, or proof of purchase. Please include your order ID in all communications.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us via email at info@jrinteriors.co.ke or through our Live Chat on the website. Please provide your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
7. Return Shipping Origin
All returns must be sent to our registered headquarters:

8. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the shipping costs.
- Customer Preference: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee (fixed at KES 300).
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please attach clear photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for such cases.
10. Inspection Process
Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect the item. This process typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
11. Approval of Refund
If the inspection is successful, your refund will be processed. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., M-Pesa, credit card, or bank transfer).
12. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
13. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account or M-Pesa statement again.
- Contact your bank/service provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
14. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jrinteriors.co.ke
15. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. We believe in fair and transparent pricing for our customers.
16. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.
17. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout. For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds to a different bank account or phone number.
18. Currency of Refund
All refunds are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
19. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are refunded at the sale price, not the original retail price.
20. Packaging for Returns
Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned item is packaged securely. If the item is damaged during the return transit due to poor packaging, a refund may be denied.
21. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
22. International Returns
As we only ship within Kenya, we do not accept or process international returns.
23. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product fits their space before ordering. Please review product dimensions carefully on our website.
24. Fraud Prevention
We monitor return activity for abuse. We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges if we detect fraudulent activity or "wardrobing" (buying items to use briefly and then return).
