At JASUBA RADIANT DESIGN LTD, we are committed to providing a secure and seamless shopping experience. To ensure total transparency and comply with Google Merchant Center (GMC) standards and Kenyan digital trade laws, we have outlined our payment procedures below.

1. Accepted Methods of Payment

To provide convenience to our customers across Kenya, we accept the following payment methods:

M-Pesa: Pay via Lipa na M-Pesa (Paybill or Buy Goods).
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Mobile Wallets: Any other major mobile money services operational in Kenya.

Note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for online orders to ensure the security of our delivery partners and the validity of the transaction.

2. Currency of Transaction

All transactions on our website are processed in Kenyan shillings (KES). If you are using a card issued outside Kenya, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee, for which we are not responsible.

3. VAT & Tax Information

VAT Exclusive: Please note that all product prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT (16%).
Calculation: The standard Kenyan VAT will be clearly calculated and displayed at the final checkout page before you complete the payment.
No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any hidden administrative or handling fees.

4. Shipping Charges

We apply a flat rate shipping fee of KES 300 for all orders within Kenya. This amount is clearly added to your total at checkout. There are no additional shipping taxes or surcharges.

5. Payment Security & Encryption

Your security is our top priority.

SSL Encryption: Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with 128-bit encryption to protect your sensitive information (like card details) during transmission.
PCI Compliance: We use Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant payment gateways. We never store your full credit card or M-Pesa PIN information on our servers.

6. Payment Verification Process

To prevent fraud, all orders undergo a verification process. If a transaction is flagged as high-risk by our system, we may contact you for further identity verification before processing the order. Failure to provide verification may lead to order cancellation.

7. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successful:

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
A digital invoice will be attached for your records.
Your order status will change to "Processing" in your account dashboard.

8. Billing Accuracy & Address

Please ensure that your billing address matches the information on your bank statement or mobile money registration. Incorrect billing information may cause payment failure or delays in processing.

9. Refund & Cancellation Payments

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

M-Pesa Refunds: Sent back to the mobile number used.
Card Refunds: Credited back to the original card (may take 7 business days (Monday–Friday,) to reflect).

10. Payment Failures

If your payment fails at checkout:

Check if you have sufficient funds in your M-Pesa or bank account.
Ensure you entered the correct PIN or CVV code.
Contact your bank or service provider if the issue persists.

11. Invoices & Documentation

Every purchase is accompanied by a tax invoice as per Kenyan law. This invoice will be sent digitally via email, and a physical copy will be included in your delivery package.

12. Unauthorized Charges

If you see a charge on your statement that you did not authorize, please contact our support team immediately at info@jrinteriors.co.ke and notify your bank.
